    No, it's a squat jump. Squat down in to a half squat position, and then rocket up as fast as you can. Great cardio stuff, and good for your jump.

  • gonna go ahead and try this out today, looks nice. until i get my kettlebells, this'll be nice to do on off days.

  • Preferably full squat jumps.

  • is the last part of the exercise is meant to be more of a half squat (as shown)?

  • Good alternative if u dont have kettlebells
