Tip Top Boot camp classes are offered every Saturday and are based on a combination of strength, circuit training, military drills and cardiovascular exercises. Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, dips, running, sprinting drills and plyometric drills are designed to increase speed, melt fat, build lean muscle and whip you into shape.
