There is a now ruling that even if you say that you are invoking the right to remain silent, they can still keep asking you questions and you have to keep telling them that you are not answering any questions.
Don't know the name of the case but it was in the last year or two.

Thanks. Edward Lawson provides a lot of facts and details. I do not hear many phrases or expressions from him that have been overused to the point of losing their intended force. He speaks well. He has a facility with words.

I have heard people say that someone who represents themselves in court has a fool for a client.
I have represented myself in court and in appeals. I say, Better a fool for a client than a fool for a lawyer.

Yep. Way to go. You are on your side. Typically attorneys look at what's in it for them. And they are often incompetent.
