GTA 4 Modding Guide: How to install the .NET ScriptHook

This tutorial will teach you how to install the .NET ScriptHook, a vital tool in running many custom scripts for GTA IV.

The information provided in the tutorial is meant to be used the Steam version of GTA IV and the DVD version 1.0.7.0.

Tools required:
- WinRAR: http://www.rarlab.com
- XLiveless: http://public.sannybuilder.com/GTA4/xliveless-0.999b7.rar
- .NET ScriptHook: http://dl.hazardx.com/83

Why XLiveless?
The .NET ScriptHook requires an ASI Loader and XLiveless is my favorite - it has always been updated on time with every GTA IV patch. Since it disables online play, you'll have to rename it before launching GTA IV if you plan to play online. Simply change the ".dll" extension to something like ".dll_" and you'll be ready to play online!
