  • I hate those hieroglyphics!! haha! Does it mean the cassette tape is spitting out info and it is supposed to go into the computer? OR is the cassette port supposed to be spitting out data to a cassette? frak...

  • @Kg277 I know what you mean! Icons are always bad on computer connections. And on the Apple, they kind of changed directions from time to time... so we don' t even have a consistent model to use.

  • so the white connector in and the black connector out? you lost me? say it again?

  • @spiderman1321: The ADTPro website goes into much more detail about the audio connection setup. Go to adtpro . sourceforge . net and click on the audio connections link.

  • Nope, it's not audio in/out on the IIe. It's data cassette information on those ports. I don't know about the B&W G3 - but most multimedia computers had audio in/out jacks.

  • @iamdigitalman2 It probably uses the cassette out to send error-correcting info to the host.

  • not working through cassette on apple II+ :(

Just sits at the *2000.607CR prompt on the apple. Not even an error...

  • Amazing.

  • @retrorerun I know this is 2 years old, but.. ;-) The Audio bootstrapping won't work, but the IIc has a built in serial port, so ADTPro serial bootstrapping works great...

  • Hi all! I have got a problem on my Apple IIe, computer don't see FFD in "CHOOSE VOLUME TO FORMAT" (4:10), help please! I have got DISTAR FDD 5,25'' for Apple IIe/IIc/IIgs.
