@deathmortis03 depends on what gear you use, along with strings to dial it in but...I had a peavy amp with distortion built in and I could get close to this by turning the low to about 6-7, mids to 5, and highs 6-7...then I put the "boost" to about 8, reverb to 4, pre gain to 8 and post to 7-8..master volume..usually pretty loud lol...put it on in the background and "chug" along and dial it in while you are doin that! Hope this helps!

to all my metal head brothers and sisters, Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to get this exact same crunchy and heavy sound on guitar? this distortion reminds me of resurrection, solstice and malevolent creation and its a sound I would like to produce with my guitar.
