Freestyle if you will...
I am using a 50mm chrome xpole, you can pick one up at the links above.
My pole is always on static, I do not have any previous dance background, i've been asked many times if i do gymnastics and ballet, the answer is no.
I'm a totally self taught pole dancer, using video's from youtube mainly.
I started in aug/sept 2006, so have been dancing for a year and 9 months now :)

Wow! You are so graceful and talented. I was looking into the studioveena lessons and buying a pole. Whats the difference between the 45mm and 50mm?

actually for me there is alot of difference - i found it very hard on a 45mm to the 50mm im used too, i found the pole too thin for me. i guess if you learn on a 45mm you'll be used to it though?

She works the pole with grace. Loads of difference between artistic and classy and slutty trashy. She is the first, of course. Some women love the pole and see it as an art form, mixed with dance and choreographed gymnist ability. I'm a woman hoping to get my own pole and do the same.
