@MrSmokinitup dominicans are considered black latino. theyre considered both and are accepted amonst latins. some dominicans are lightskinned and some and darkskinned but i always look at dominicans like theyre latin. One main reason: language. all dominicans dark or light speak spanish so they are more accepted within our culture then lets say an african american who speaks only english.

Black? It depends who you are. My Father is full Borikua (PR) and he`s Black but not African Amercian, and my Mother is full Dominican and light skin. Black? Man, I`m from Philly so it`s like " I will say it when needs be". Peace!
