@breadbaker226 He is so backward in so many ways... unfortunately people don't care about his policies, they just want the current government out. I hope Labour at least chooses to work with him rather than just say no to everything he says out of spite, then we might at least see some progress under his lead.

@splendidmate What major party do you know that lays out all its policies (until just) before an election... please name them? The greens got a massive corporate donation from some guy I can't remember just now, but I remember I wrote to the company at the time complaining about the secretive style of the donation. I just looked at the Liberal website, at least 6 major policies, not including opposing the Carbon Tax, NBN and Gillards plan for boat people... get your facts straight mate....

@splendidmate not so pro ALP....? again I say it you don't seem to be critising Gillard , you just seem to hate Tony Abbott... I think you need to visit a therpist to find out what you REALLY think.
If High speed internet is worthwhile then make it wireless, get the same speed for less than a 10th of the cost. In the USA they have a new satellite which gives same speed as NBN for far less..... if the NBN is so right why the the Government NOT do a cost benefit assessment??????

@splendidmate No I don't want you out of the country, but I suspect once you get a taste of Tony's medicine, you may want to leave... massive douche???

@breadbaker226 Furthermore, if tony abbott is so pro democracy, why doesn't he lay his policies out on the table? is he scared that people will think they suck? At least the Greens put all their policies on their website... everyone should have to do that imo. That and corporate donations should be banned.

@breadbaker226 It's not that I'm so pro ALP, it's that you are pro Liberal... I happen to think high speed internet is a good idea. It needs upgrading, so they're doing it. They may have spent more than they should have but at least we're going to have internet that is on par with the rest of the world, instead of internet that on average is around 1-5% of the average speed in Japan or america.
And I believe in progressive tax, not the tax that affects the everyday joe.

@splendidmate "Bought into"... ? I make up my own mind buddy, you obviously know best, so I am not going to waste me fingertips trying to change you, BUT the Australian people WILL change the Govt at the next election (if not sooner if Craig Thomson falls on his sword or if Wilkie finds his balls). Get used to it - Tony Abbott PM of Australia, and yes I will happily buy you a one way ticket to leave our shores...

@splendidmate PS I loved work choices and would have it back in a minute...

@splendidmate Well well well you have been squeezed thru the ALP die haven't you. If you love taxes so bloody much you can pay mine, thanks....
What about wirless with very high speeds in the USA, much cheaper than Gillard and co... sounds to me if Gillard took a crap in front of the camera's you would find a way to justify it...
