sweet looking sled, im buying one this week, quick question? what did you do just sand it, prime it then paint it? or just sand it and paint it? also what do you mean by custom can / muffler? sled sounds nasty, id like to know what you did so mine could sound the same,, SIK SLED!

Thank you edun7. Yeah NASTY sound :) I took the plastic parts to a paint shop and he had to sand, prime and paint. The new can was made and installed by a local tuner and dont know how he made it but the sound gives me a lot allthough it gives not alot extra power. The weight loss is great because the original muffler is very heavy.

No I just had them painted at a paint shop. Cool that Skidoo is bringing white back for 2010 lineup:) Guess they noticed our sleds hahah

After some search for a new seat cover I just took the seat to a local upholestry company and some guy took the yellow leather off and stitched white parts instead. Took the guy about 2 hours and the cost was around 100usd. Much better looking :)
