When I am going through various trials or just feeling down in my spirit, this song (that was sung by my grandmother) comes back to me. It lifts me up, and makes me GLAD because the Lord is keeping me for a purpose!

From grade school to throughout college to my adult years.... Whenever i felt down and out and in need of some uplifting i would call my granny no matter where i was or what time it is and when she pick up the phone i would simply say "Mama i need my song" and she would sing this to me... She passed away a year ago on Nov. 29... And at her funeral i requested this song to be her final song... I was in need of her this morning so i came here to hear "My Song" and i feel her presence...

im sitting here with my cell phone on speaker letting this play for my father, he is in a hospice and he just stopped his chemo, and he was just praising God, thank u my brother! thank u lord for allowing u to be a vessel of good use.......amen....know im bout to get my praise on....
