Any one in the UN will tell you that any justice has not been accomplished by VETO. I can't see how this scenario is true or when it has been accomplished... ever

YES,YES, basic human rights for us all and under UN protection and not the EU !
Luckily the "European" Court of Justice court does not have a mandate over us Germans as our Constitutional Court recently ruled against this !

Big Brother is coming with the constitution/Lisbon treaty !
Google EU Corpus Juris, Fair Trials International, european Defence Force and Open Europe !

Long live real European democracy !
