1st feeze is called a handglide freeze T.T

That's right!

Handglide freeze - One elbow is stabbed into the abs, the other is out to the side of the body and is either placed on the ground or held above it.

i could do both of these freezes...but its good to learn handstands to further advance

true a handstand is a freeze but it not THE foundation for all your freezes just the ones that require your upper body. id recommended learning the baby freeze first then the handstand.
