Moving To Michigan - Vlog 23 - TheAndySan

So I finally have some exciting news to report! I'm going to be moving to Michigan!! My cousin and her boyfriend are gonna get an apartment, but they could only find a 2-bedroom so she asked me if I wanted to move in with them. I said yes and we should be moving in sometime after Christmas - early January.

I'm still going to be looking for a job just in case I don't get unemployment and even if I do, a little extra money wouldn't hurt (and yes, I will tell them when I get a job. I'm not looking to hustle the government).

Since there will be three of us, our expenses will be pretty low. Rent will be $150 a month per person and I haven't figured out the costs of the utilities or other expenses yet, but I do know that water is free. I'm assuming that, for the most part, I'll have to fend for myself food-wise, which is fine by me.

Because of the change in location, some of my plans will have to be altered accordingly. The original plan was for me to attend a couple classes online at Owens Community College, transfer to the University of Findlay, and have them transfer me to the KCP International language school in Japan.

Now, I'm going to go to Lansing Community College to attend a couple classes online, transfer to a university that is affiliated with the KCP International language school, and then transfer there.

I most likely won't be able to go to KCP longer than a semester due to my lack of funding, but that's more than enough time for me to find out if going to KCP, as well as living in Japan, is right for me without making a very long commitment. After that semester is over, I'll know if I want to go back to Japan or do something else.

Well, it's getting rather late and I'm kinda tired so I'll be going to bed soon. Good-night!
