Beta: Moonkin in WotLK - New balance spells! Starfall and Typhoon

New balance spells in WoW Wrath of the Lich King. This is from Coldarra EU beta realm. Laggy server...

In this video my druid is lvl 70 and full balance. Gear is some S2 healing gear, random caster gear from Kara and some crap gear from quests/instances, so not the best gear. But didn't make this to show my dps, just the new spells. My druid is still balance and you can find him on Stormscale EU, he's named Avondrood.


Starfall:
You summon a flurry of stars from the sky on all targets within 30 yards of the caster each doing 111 to 129 Arcane damage, and an additional 20 Arcane damage to all nearby targets within 5 yards. Maximum 20 stars. Lasts 10 sec.

Typhoon:
You summon a violent Typhoon that does 620 to 621 Nature damage when in contact with hostile targets, knocking them back 5 yards.

I also use a new spell called Flourish: "Heals friendly party or raid members within 10 yards of the target for 665 over 7 sec. The healing is applied quickly at first, and slows down as the Flourish reaches its full duration." on the treants in the end. This spell got renamed to Wild Growth.

duuuuudeee umm is feral like the same fast as leveling with balance or feral faster? cuz iam lvl 43 and wanna know if i should level with mooking or cat form i like moonkin more thou

I've heard feral is faster, but I dunno really. Lvled my druid there as balance all the way to 80, moonkin from 40.

What buffs do you have on you other than Moonkin Form, Moonkin Aura, Mark of the Wild, Thorns and Owlkin Frenzy?

I dont remember really and hard to see.. But maybe some kind of scroll, and... dunno :P

@gap0529 cat definally i lvled in feral then changed to moonkin and changed back later lvl and i pwned so much as feral and was much easier

these two "new" skills ROCK! ..both are great in PVP and solo pve, typhoon isn't still so usefull in raidin, but starfall is, if u know when it should be used.

What do u guys think?

i like my druid, he's lvl 23 but his spells cost to much mana and there's always downtime between fights.. it gets really boring after awhile....
