99% is too strong. It won't kill most bacteria. 70% is the best percentage to be sure it really sanitized the items.

sounds like an awesome idea , my question is what the texture on the pallet , is the product prone to moving with other colors ?

@lizberrymakeup Thanks! :) Nope! That was one of the reasons I used the lip balm. It's kind of used as a thickener among other things, but it helps keep them in the pans!
