"On a recent evening on a dark dark night. A visit to Peter Gotts Boar farm was arranged. Down on the farm there were three vans awaiting attention, these vehicles were spray painted with slogans and had all their tyres slashed. A nearby trailer had it's tyres slashed, and a nearby 4x4 had its locks glued and tyres slashed. Another nearby car had its tyres slashed. Further trailers in a field and a horse box had all their tyres slashed and were painted with slogans.

This action is dedicated to the living creatures forced to exist incarcerated behind electric fences. Wild Boar are destined to be bred and slaughtered for profit. This is no life for ANY animal.

Further to this, it is beyond comprehension that the local council deem it fit to licence a boar farm situated right next to the M6 motorway. There is a history of wild boar escapes without the assistance of activists.

Actions against the breeders of wild boar and the supply chain will continue until this farming practice has ended.

"Over the last few years the Westmoreland Country Agricultural Showground (Lane Farm, Crooklands, Milnthorpe, Cumbria; Tel 01539
567804; Fax 01539 567011; Web www.westmorland-county-show.co.uk) in England has played host to a variety of animal circues and other shows celebrating animal abuse. Last Thursday we decided to pay them a visit and give them some long overdue payback.

Their logo-emblazoned Landrover was treated to a can of paintstripper and all it's tires slashed. Next to it we discovered a series of mobile billboards which we had great fun daubing in various slogans against animal circuses and meat eating, and more tireslashing. Other buildings nearby got a similar treatment and various of their windows were put through.

While the spokeswoman of the show seemed confused as to why they had been struck, let us make it very clear that, as in the news footage, any venue hosting animal circuses is a legitimate target of the Animal Liberation Front. While the Government is of the opinion that animals in circues are fine, we are not, and we are perpared to take action on their behalf. What happened to Westmorland Agricultural Show is just a taster of what will be coming against anyone else prepared to host an animal circus.

But the activists aren't packing their suit cases?! Infact, they returned just a few months later and liberated his herd of wild boar. The only difference this time, is that he realised how ridiculous he sounded last time, so decided not to call the press and be a twat again!

P.S - If you're trying to say that humans hunt animals with their bare hands, kill them, eat them raw - then you have a vivid imagination to say the least. Research the facts; our biology prooves we are herbivores.

@BrianmaitlandUh... Have you ever entertained the idea that animals weren't meant for us to be eaten or that maybe it's ok if we don't enslave an ENTIRE race? Also, meat is eaten in 3rd World countries about 1 time a week, unlike here. And yes, sacrifices must be made, bu then, why don't people have less kids so more food can go around? Overpopulation is the biggest issue here.

PS: Another thought: Have you ever thought animals are maybe NOT machines for us to use & think of as inferior?

@vgman94 They arent dying for my tastebuds......more for our stomachs. If you havent realised meat is a large proportion of the world's diet, thus making animals one of our food sources. In life, sacrafices need to be made for us to carry on. Now dont get me wrong I like animals, both as pets and as dinner
