Rocky IV Sit Ups

Also known as Dragon Flags. Best ab workout ever. I can perform about 5 reps with my body completely flattened out but this is the way it was presented in Rocky 4.

did you start first doing the negative sit ups, to do then the positive ones??

Yes, do the negatives first. I can do about 5 with my back and body completely straight but this is the way it was done in Rocky 4 the movie (with the arched body).
