What was typed into the debug prompt to cause these other two similar death chimes to play?
-
@bilcza Old World ROM Macintoshes have what's called an Interrupt Key, which is less so of a command prompt and more of a prompt to use PEEK/POKE functions.

@deathworm101 I showed each command I typed on the black title screen before each chime. They are in the form "G 12345678"

so i need to press the Interrupt Key during the boot?
when not HOW???

@bilcza You can press it at any point while the system is running. I tend to use it after the machine is booted. I just pressed it during the boot process this time so I wouldn't have to wait for the full boot. To be technically correct, if you press it too early (like before the Welcome to Macintosh screen) it will just cause the chimes of death to play though, so you do have to wait a bit.
