This is Gongkwon Yusul's Seongdobon program.

Gongkwon Yusul(空拳柔術) is composed of law(法), tactics(術), skill(技)and Samwon (三元).

This is the basic motion of human being, and on this basis, all principles of possible motions of human
being are put in conformity with the harmonized relationship between the Taewon(太元) and Yin/Yang
& Five Basic Element Theory(陰陽五行) of Universe/Earth/Mankind(天地人) to train the body and soul
to achieve the highly sophisticated level of law(法), tactics(術), skill(技) on the basis of defense and
offence according to the principle of law that is the survival of the fittest in the nature.

4. Jwasulbon-forms of five(stage to be proficient in using one's own techniques whatever he or she wants)
5. Waryakbon-forms of five(stage to use Gong Kwon Yu Sul tactics in real fight)
6. Seongdobon-forms of five(stage to discover the doctrine of Gong Kwon Yu Sul and put it into real action)
7. Jonyongbon-forms of five(stage to realize the every use of Gong Kwon Yu Sul and apply it at any time)
8. Bansubon-forms of seven(stage to get back to one's original intention by having correct understanding of the basics of Gong Kwon Yu Sul again)

  • @homevideowatcher78 I guess you think everbody can fight like him Mike most people cannot even fight good and would get demolished by this guy there are over 2,000 moves in hapkido so this is just a small portion of what he knows.

    Nope, BJJ came from Ni waza, which is the floor techniques of Judo... judo itself comes from traditional jujitsu.

  • yeah. This is super applicable. As long as you have an attacker who throws a single slow punch and then sits there and let's you do whatever you want to him. So practicle.

  • Noo\ one can do that in real life. I dont want to be on the floor making wrestling moves
