1 cup graham wafer crumbs
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)

Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Spread mixture in the bottom of a greased 9"x9" pan ( I used a 8"x11" pan)
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Spread one can of chocolate frosting over the top and refrigerate for at least another 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Keep this dessert refrigerated.
This gets very soft very quickly at room temperature but they are delicious!!
I think when I make this again I will be adding more graham crumbs to try to make the base a bit more solid.

  • Wow i love watching your video's so keep them comming.. and i'm gonna give this a try.

  • my mom makes these, but as you said at the end, her recipe calls for more graham wafer crumbs. and also, instead of the cake icing, she uses melted chocolate chips, which makes it soooo good. you melt chocolate chips (dark chocolate, semi sweet.. doesn't matter what kind), spread it onto the chilled peanut butter mix and stick it into the fridge until the chocolate is firm. the cake cake icing with all that icing sugar is wayy too sweet for me.

  • Those LOOK AMAZING!!!
