to all the ppl out there saying that starting up in safe mode is the deal, they are partially correct, what if the account you got locked out of IS the administrator account? then all of YOUR "easy safe mode startup" gets F**** badly...

@inviktus1983 And i'm pretty certain that booting from a cd to run a program, creates a virtual drive on your RAM memory, that, believe me, will load and INSTALL that program temporally to run that program... So, technically, accept this and done... No more discussions about that...
