Dude, after a zillion vids, I proudly present my first slash vid. However, I'm afraid that its not really heavy slash, I guess it's more slash-lite... does that term even exist? If not I totally call it.

Yes, Male/Male... don't like, please dont watch. However, this is pretty tame so I really can't see what there is to be offended about. In fact, its mostly just to be funny, cause Harry was totally stalking Draco in HBP, both book and film... I tried to edit this as little as possible, because well, the whole point is to show how canon it is...

But anyway, even though I'm not really into HP slash (I save my slashing for other fandoms... like Star Trek, haha.) I got a couple of faves, and one sided Obsessive!Harry/Draco is one of them. AND I HAD TO DO THIS! HAD TO!

@TheAprilLeigh Harry Potter may even become a classic over time, who knows? I think it's already on the way. The fact that it is still drawing people in, enchanting new generations, is testimony to its staying power. It's not a literary masterpiece like Lord of the Rings or a social commentary on the times like Animal Farm or whatever but it does have a certain something. It's magical, what more can I say? :P

Twilight is mulch. Pure and simple.

@childoftheunderworld I think that's why Harry Potter will stand the test of time (unlike Twilight, which has no chance), even with the last two books sucking as they did. They appeal to people of all ages and are much more relatable.

@TheAprilLeigh That's Harry Potter for you. It taught a whole generation - actually, probably more than one - to enjoy reading. It showed that books can be fun. For that JKR has to be commended, because the books captured the imaginations of millions. I think it says a lot when people in, say, Japan like something as much as people in France, for example. HP crossed cultural, age and language barriers. How many things can you say that about? (Except McDonald's). ; )

@childoftheunderworld I feel that way about OotP, too. I had a crappy year, too. I probably wouldn't be able to read if it wasn't for those books... I used to hate reading... Haha, that's changed.
