Wonder what it cost Eddie Sutton to bring Rex to UK? Did he use Fed Ex or UPS?

Finish it off with a Rob Lock dunk! Classic!

That was a hell of a performance. It's a shame we couldn't see him regularly in that building but UofK had to fuck things up by sending a package full of money. UofL fan all his life mysteriously picks UofK all of a sudden. Hmmm, that's convenient.

@ajgree6 I agree this rules. and i take all your reasons and add one more. Rex Chapman is still my all time favorite college player. U of L was defending champs during this game lol lol llol :)

The First UK Basketball game I was alive for

@boonedl12 How many UofL fans do you see going into Rupp Arena to watch a UK game that is NOT between UK and UofL? There is definitely a noticeable amount of UK fans that come to UofL games to cheer against UofL even though UofL is not playing UK (shit there were even UK fans at the final game in Freedom Hall, and I wasn't the least bit surprised). If that's what you call class then I'd like your definition of trash.

This is one of my favorite UK bball videos on youtube. Why? 1.) One of my favorite games from when I was a REALLY little kid, 2.) The biggest beatdown of the filthy Cards ever, 3.) THE MUSIC.
The first song is Maserati (great experimental rock band from Athens, Georgia). The second song is by The Sword, which is probably the best metal band since Helmut. They remind me a lot of Black Sabbath.
Kudos!

Thank you...that's why I made it! I've seen both bands live and they were equally outstanding. Unfortunately, Maserati's drummer passed away recently. It's really sad, as Jerry was one of the best modern rock drummers around.
Anyway, thanks again and glad you enjoyed it.

Oh no! Was he the guy with the gnarly mustache that would have made Richie Farmer blush? That's tragic, man, cause he was a great drummer. How did he die? I went to high school in Georgia and my best friend lives there, so he keeps me updated on good bands from Georgia. I never saw Maserati live but I've seen them in videos. He was an incredible drummer. RIP Jerry.

Yeah, that was him. He also played in ChkChkChk. He fell down an elevator shaft at a fundraiser-event a few months ago. Very tragic. If you haven't checked out the last EP they put out (Passages), I would do so. Its incredible.
