If you're just learning about VCOs, this video on the Alesis Andromeda A6 might not be the best place to start, being that it's got 32 VCOs in total. If you're (wo)man enough though, let the dude in the froofy tie, three-quarter sleeves and dress-vest show you the ropes.
RIGHT could someone tell me about semi tones. If I put osc 1 up a few and osc 2 down and if i play a d for instance or any other note. They no longer sound like the note. What do you do? I'm a newbie to synths. Can anyone help?

it doesnt actually sound that nice, it's interesting how digital control makes the sound of analogue boring and too regular, and hate the way the pitch changes in such a steppy way using the knobs on the front

That's a bit under the price. They go for $2800-$3000 on eBay.

It was a great idea giving a full description and test drive with the mightiest A6, however, I can asrue to anyone this beast can make sounds 10.000 more interesting than the ones our fellow has showned here.. Anyway, good try! And yeah, buy one of those, it's ridiculously powerfull..

this is the more amazing synth ever made, the only A6 issue is the tempo adjustment is in decimals and the nob is extreme sensitive then the best is set the tempo of the sequencer with a external controller by midi. But quality, fat and posibilities are endless, masterpiece.
