"Tell that to New Orleans" Oh so New Orleans was ALL W's fault eh. Even though Ray Neegun did NOTHING to evacuate his city that HE was responsible for. An ENTIRE fleet of busses at his disposale and he let them all sink under water. And lets not forget that BITCH of a Govenor Blanco Who Refused to let in the National guard to evacuate the people who were still left and control the crime rampant. Exactly WHY should both the MAyor and the Governor Be let off scott free when W gets all the blame?
