New Ranch at Silver Falls State Park

Looking for a fun retreat for a family reunion? A youth
campout? How about an outdoor school?

Silver Falls State Park has two places for you: the Old Ranch and the New Ranch.

Amidst spacious, rolling meadows, both the Old and the
New can accommodate up to 75 people in dormitory-style
bunkhouses. Differences between the two are few, but
significant. The New Ranch, which is open year-round, is
insulated with heated restrooms; otherwise, its fireplace
serves as a heat source. The Old Ranch is open
April 1-October 31.

Both have:
• Large central fireplaces dominating large open areas.
• Wooden bunk beds lining the walls of sleeping lofts.
• Modern restrooms (showers available in campground).
• Picnic tables.
• Modern kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills,
refrigerators, freezers and microwaves.

PLEASE NOTE:
You need to furnish your own mattress pad and/or sleeping bag and your own cooking and eating utensils.
