  • Was lucky to see and meet him at a show, lovely man and great performance!

  • i wish i had it in better quality - glad you enjoyed!

  • Still an awesome performer today, always heartfelt and real. Love the way he lets the gigs make their own way, without the formal structure, of say, "3 minute song, thank you, applause", repeat. Things change over the years, some 40 years, but this man has always been genuine and without pretense. He is that rare breath of fresh air to the hype machinery and the "born ready- for- arena rock" bands.

Anyone know the players/singers here? And is that Terry taking that phenomenal guitar lead?

  • If I ever get any more info on this gig - I'll post it - I would also like to know the line up - espec the backing vocalists!

  • ohh that was an awesome performance!

    thanks for uploading! :D *cheers*

  • Glad you enjoyed - Justin

  • Terry Reid owns it!!! This is incredible. He's one of the most under-rated musicians ever. This is out of left-field, but I would love to hear DOWN cover this. Phil Anselmo, I think, could nail this. Layne Staley could have done it too, but unfortunately we'll never know...

  • great artist, not considered for what he gave to rock music...great song!! thanks!!

  • Is there any way to get a copy of this? This is my favorite version of Seed of Memory.......Any info would be appreciated.

  • I think this is one of his best songs and of course, the vocals are stellar...To me, his phrasing is very similar to Aretha. Actually, it would've been great to hear her take on Seed of Memory...

  • where does this bootleg come from? does anyone have a link from where it comes from? (i.e. where can i get a better copy of it?) in better Audio - not much stuff around from the seed of memory era live wise.

  • Amazing...gives me chills every time!

  • When he started singing I got the chills.....none as intense as I got hearing him sing live for the first time. I love Terry Reid.
