What is indie cade? If I knew what it was i could ask more. But I would like to know what skills are needed to make an indie game?

OK, First thing you need to Tim and Jack is "Can i have a Hug?" And then you will feel more powerful afterwards.
Next: When I was playing the demo and going down the skull mountain on the strange animal machine, I was listening to Eddie's commentary as he's going along, and i felt like i was missing some stuff he was muttering. Is there any way in the game, besides making choices, to miss out an any dialog spoken by any characters?
