The long-awaited new Waterboys album "An Appointment with Mr Yeats" will be released September 19th 2011. In this BBC Breakfast interview on September 14th 2011, Mike Scott discusses the 14 new songs created from the lyrics of Ireland's greatest poet, WB Yeats (1865-1939).

@RedSquirrelCrossing Many Thanks. Not sure what people were expecting from vapid morning show presenters but they should all be thankful that this kind of music can get a hearing in the UK at all. Us Americans have to spend thousands of dollars to get over there and see Mike play.

the worst interview I've ever heard,,,,,,no research,,,,,daft questions and to add insult to injury she call him Scott at the end,,,,,,,MIKE SCOTT,,,,,HIS NAME IS MIKE. HONEST TO GOD!!!!!
