Jr helmed --HE uses Emmerich VATTEL's Law of Nations as a text & also, as it so happens, during the course of his "lectures" points to 2 separate cases in which George Collins Secretary of the American Bar Association and renowned Int Scholar and Lawyer Alexander Morse were involved , respectively. Need I remind one of what Collins and Morse have treated with regard to ARTICLE II 'natural born Citizen'?

A natural born citizen would be 1 who by nature,that is by inheritance,was a citizen,as distinguished from 1 who was by nativity or locality of birth a citizen.

The very definition of natural is “fixed or determined by nature” I do not find that our courts have ever passed upon the meaning of the word natural in connection with citizenship,so we must take its ordinary meaning
