Bad ammo caused the revolver to lock up. The primer jumped back and jammed the firing pin, therefore transfer bar, therefore trigger.

@cauterful This malfunction is purely ammunition related. Otherwise this revolver is well made and accurate.

Fix the problem by purchasing a quality firearm. Thats a good start.

@reynosamanA3 It's not my revolver, I don't know how the owner fixed it. I'd suggest taking yours to a gunsmith

thats exactly what happended to my Rossi revolver,its brand new and ive had it jammed for a year now ;(. how did you fix the problem?
