The Randall Rg100 es is such a killer amp. Especially if you want to play alot of different types of music. It works great as just a big power amp, so you can use pedals to pay alot of different styles and get your tones from pedals. But if you want to melt faces, the on board distortion is hard to beat.

how is it possible that he is able to get a good palm muting sound??? i sold mine because it sucked at palm muting......that's terrible......can anyone explain this to me please???

When you played clean on the amp, what were the Equalizer settings?
If the amp even has an equalizer?
It sounds like you have too much middle, not enough treble or bass.

Just straight in to the amp. But if I recall correctly, the mids were at about 10' o clock and the bass was about 11:30 and Treble at about 1:00ish on the amp. I didn't spend much time dialing in the amp, I pretty much just plugged in and turned some knobs quickly because the amp was sold and needed prepped for shipping that same day.
