Our current electoral system is broken, that is a fact. It does need to be fixed.
Instant Runoff Voting might not be the answer though I do not find it difficult to understand at all and voters won't either once they are exposed to it.
This guy is clearly a Republican due to his statements on Diebold and Democrats.
Considering the liberal vote is often spread between the Greens and the Dems and Republicans usually face no such problem they have the most to lose from IRV.

Please consider 'approval voting'. Each voter approves or disapproves each candidate. The candidate with the most votes wins.
It is SIMPLER then our current system!
Just get rid of the rule that says a single voter cannot vote for multiple candidates.

This Fella is on the mark with His views and suspicions with Instant Runoff Voting.This will be the start of a Leftist Government take over. This is why the Majority in Power wants to let anyone Vote without showing ID.This is Why the Police can not ask anyone of they're IMMIGRATION Status even when we have them in Custody.You can thank the St Paul City Council for this amendment.
