Just a quick run past of my internally meths fired Irish narrow gauge loco and stock - trying to catch the sound of the blower and exhaust beat, listen out at the start.
The loco originally ran on The Ballymena and Larne railway in Co Antrim. It was a Beyer Peacock, almost identical to those on the IoM. The line eventually ended up as part of the LMS (Northern Counties Committee) - hence the crimson lake livery.
Irish or IoM? Either way, this is very impressive and achieves the garden railway nirvana of near perfect replication of the original!

You have one of the most atmospheric railways I've ever seen.

The cold weather helps with the steam effect -as does the leaking cylinder!
