yeah, i never thought of that. But i think that is what the writers are trying to get across in season 6, the fact that Jack is now changing from a 'man of science' to a 'man of faith'. Amazing show.
Maybe he just didn't want to fail. Science will always make you fail because it has limitations where as faith can take you anywhere you want it to. XxMx
What´s interesting about this scene is the fact that Jack in that moment had to BELIEVE. He had to go beyond science which told him that Charlie was dead, and believe that he could still come back which he did.
I was freaking out here. And I knew Charlie was gonna be okay.
