Max speed 6000mm / m on all axes.

This spindle setup is now completely outdated, as u can see in the video 6m / m on Y was only achieved by shortening the travel.

  • Thx the motors are Nema 23 3nm steppers

  • 5mm on x and y and 4mm on z ( should be a bit higher though )

    can you tell me what spec the screws our on your y axis and what spec drivers are you using for the 3nm steppers?thanks

  • @midlander1000 These are generic asia drivers, they go up to 5 amps, running them in quarter step mode the spindles are isel 25mm ball screws with 5mm pitch, but they are way too long, running them that fast is only possible because i put supports in.

  • I designed it myself, it has a couple of flaws ;) im doing all kinds of stuff with it, mostly wood and plastics, have a look at my other vids, there are many examples !
