  • I could not help notice the amount of flour involved....and comon...corn for dinner?...but I see that you still hav e lost...so i guess you are on a great eating plan

  • @msixpackabs Daniel, we saw the nutritionist yesterday and you will be happy to know she took away my precious flour from us for at least 2 weeks. I was surprised to see that we can still have some corn though.

I got on the bike today and that is not the stationary bike but riding around the block even though I had to bundle up by putting on a sweatshirt, sweatpants, gloves, knitted cap, and shoes and socks because it is cold out. I am in Florida but the arctic freeze from Canada reached us!

  • Sounds like you had a great week.

    I LOVE onion rolls. But *when* I have them I make a swiss cheese sandwich (microwaved for 15 sec.) and then add mayo to the bun. ~~~Drool!!! Now I want one!!! Believe it or not that is really delicious.

    I am all for using paper plates....there are 5 of us and every once in a while I buy them.

    Good luc with the nutritionist and personal trainer. I saw a nutritionist back in March. Wish I could afford a personal trainer.
