some days it is hard to chant. Ur video helps jump-start my daimoku chanting.I do it facing d wall. Then I could go back to my Gohonzon to chant. Thank u. It helps.

Chantings have magical power. Not magical as in ''supernatural'' but magical because they are capable of transforming you in a very short time. The chant "Ohm Namah Shivaya" has helped me a lot. In under a year it has helped me kick drugs, stop smoking, stop drinking, become more conscious of my behavior, etc, etc. Eventually I stopped chanting to go on to other deeper practices but chanting definitely kick-started me towards LIFE again. Thanks for the vid by the way.

@Anandfulness - yes I think Om Namah Shivayah is also very powerful too. If either of this chants alone and consistently they would transform anyone's life miraculously because they take control over the mind.

@PeaceRocker01 Sōka Gakkai is in no way affiliated with Nichiren Shōshū. This has been the case since the mid-1990s. Sōka Gakkai is completely separate, with its own ideas which are at variance with the correct teachings of Nichiren Shōshū.
