I'm starting to think that men have to look for a few more indicators of interest, before trusting that a girls is interested. like at least three

Trouble with interest signals, are not interested, and interested but nervous can be similar.

I seem to have become more like a chick and I've only kissed one girl! She has to seem perfect for me to even think about approaching, and putting in the hard work trying to seduce. A lot of girls I don't approach I would date if they showed some personality or approached me but I don't get approached much.
The other thing is, you might feel a bit embarrassed approaching a girl in the day as 'nobody else is doing it' or you are sober, etc. In a club it's always TOO BLOODY LOUD to do anything

@SWIFTzTrigger It must work. There are definitely guys who don't really care what a woman thinks of them -- and as she's saying, that's the kind of guy she wants. Guys who do well with women tend to not care about women much.

best thing is stick with the "classic indicators of interest" and if a woman doesnt meet them then forget them, shy or not who gives a shit. Dont listen to advice like this and feel that you have to adjust to EVERY SINGLE thing women do... no... we have to even the playing field people... let them do some work too
