You American girls have no clue that everybody outside of your country wears pantyhose. Only you don't. No mom should make any girl wear pantyhose. It should be hereditary. You should do it by yourselves. It is hereditary for girls to wear pantyhose as soon as they reach puberty in many countries in Europe and in Asia. No one tells them to do it. They just do it. And you can see girls wear pantyhose with anything even with shorts or with jeans all the time almost everywhere but in America.
