@diamondo95 4 ish depending on levels. This is a good low medium level that is ideal. At higher flows it is a different story though.
The first 2 minutes are on Allt A'Chaorainn which is Grade 4, but its basically easy slides and its hard to go wrong (It would hurt if it did though, elbow pads are a good idea) Again, in higher water this probably becomes death on a stick.
Most videos of this river on youtube are of people scraping down at really low levels, Grade 3 at the most in that case.
