Glenn Beck: Activist Judge Strikes Down Hazelton Ordinance

Superior Court Judge James Munley is a disgrace to his position as an objective determinor of laws.

In his ruling against Hazelton's illegal immigration ordinance, he refused to use the legal term "illegal aliens". Instead Munley referring to foreign nationals unlawfuly in the U.S. as "undocumented workers". A term that he believes also applies to illegal alien welfare mothers, drug traffickers, and MS-13 members.

Then Munley insisted that communities be forced to get permission from the Mexican government before the U.S. deport anyone.

Are you seeing where this is going?

Munley, a pathetic hack for the ACLU, has made it illegal for communities to enforce loitering laws, control unlicensed contractors, or deny benefits to illegal aliens.

By definition, Munley is an activist judge. Expect Hazelton to appeal.

a judge is an activist if he creates a law that the constitution does not even authorize. Judges are supposed to uphold and interpret the constitution, not create rights that don't exist. Government creates laws, not judges.

Sounds like this judge is doing his job by intrepreting the law. Sorry you don't agree with the ruling. Explain again how its any different when Scalia says torture is consitutional because its not punishment or that the Florida election was run fairly. Oh yeah, you agreed with the ruling!
