I read his book 5 years ago and changed my diet to eliminate most processed foods, meat and dairy. I started eating lots more vegetables and fresh fruits. The transition was uncomfortable for about three weeks, but then I grew to love this way of eating, slept better, had better energy, lost my PMS symptoms, and slimmed down by 70 lbs. I have kept the weight off, and to this day no longer crave bad foods. Thank you Dr. Fuhrman!

I've never had another IBS symptom since I shed my bad eating habits. I've recommended this book to everyone I know.

Can someone please tell my what Dr. Fuhrman says between 0:45 and 0:47.
I expect A,E,C & K to be vitamins but he says something else.
