You guys should look on Monster Garage, they did this with a Dodge Magnum...was pretty cool. But of course Top Gear did it better.

Give the TGV 12 a windshield on the caravan/carriage (slanted to keep it streamlined) to keep the bugs from smashing in the passenger's face. Give the passengers a table to eat their home-prepared lunch, and it's a hit. Jeremy's got it right. What travelers want is shorter travel times, not being crammed up all together in carriages that reek from sweat of a day's service.

If Richards and James' was a freight train, it'd do well though..
