@WLM113005 Right on man, I reenact in Michigan and heaven forbid if we do hand to hand combat. The most I've ever gotten away with is "bumping" a Union officer after being captured and attempting to escape.

Good video but, I'm from the south and I think it's kinda funny that the union won. Definitely good that slavery was banned though.

Wow, still getting emails from people saying we should never touch another units flag. First: IT WAS OUR FLAG! Second: IT WAS ALL PLANNED OUT! Sheesh. And this stuff happened during the war so it should be shown to the public.

It was all planned out of course and the event asked us to do it. Flags should be taken at more reenactments. It happened a lot during the Civil War and is something the public should see.
