@ Narutothunder95 nerfed doesnt means it isnt used anymore. but they changed it in a negative way. thats nerfing..

I like W/Me Wastes solo the best, fast, efficient, fun to watch the spike hit. Decent ecto drop (on my character plate at least).

not nerfed, perma is not only used, rangers can be anything they want check UW Moonway gives rangers a chance to be anything

nerfed.. perma is only for running now. but there are some builds already for perma to farm in uw (Chaos Planes)

Very interesting build... ive seen necro spiking with health touching skills on Alliance battle.. that was very unpleasent hehe. By the way do you know if Perma builds still work in Uw or FoW?
