Wow ok. So I just bought this because I loved the first one and it was on sale. But, from what I see here, it's not an rts at all anymore and I just wasted my money. YES, it's still technically an rts even without base building. However, the "strategy" in such a game usually boils down to just selecting everything you have and sending it at the next, available target. That's NOT strategy.
