blumac81, you need to eat plants in order to survive. If I needed meat to survive, then yes, of course I would eat it. However, it's possible to live on a meat free diet and still be healthy. Also, if you eat meat, you are actually consuming more plants than a vegan or vegetarian since it takes about 16 grains to produce one pound of beef. So it's kind of hypocritical to say that veggies are evil for eating plants.

They dont have mouths to scream or vocals.

there are 7 life-processes that define animals - movement is one, and I don't know about you but I've never seen a tree uproot itself and go for a walk. Sensitivity is another, and without a Central Nervous System, plants cannot feel pain.

you dont have to take supplements to be a vegan but if your a picky eater than you might need to take supplements

Plants don't scream when you pick them.

You can eat Soy Cheese. Soy Burgers. Soy Nuggets. Alternatives bro.

Also, (sorry for going on and on but my cam broke so i cant do a vid) the reason you don't feel full is because your body is still producing the amount of acid required to digest meat, if your body has to produce less acid that energy for that process is given back to you, which is awesome.

If it was true that you could not get all you need from a plant based diet many of us vegans would already be dead or in the hospital dying, with doctors trying to convince them to eat some meat for the good of their health, this is simply not the case.
Well done for trying vegetarianism, but if you still want to eat meat so be it, no one can make your mind up for you, although they may try, it's a personal choice.
Thanks for sharing your questions, points, views and opinion.

1. Eat fruits then as they offered by the tree, then you aren't hurting anything.
2. Try eating a gazelle raw, you don't have the have the teeth or digestive tract for it, lions do. We are nothing like lions therefore cannot compare ourselves to them.
3. Our digestive tract matches that of an herbivore, omnivores and carnivores have much shorter digestive tracts that ours.
4. You don't have to take supplements.
What I say is do what works best for you, do what you feel is right
Indeed but the one thing they have in common that really matters is that they are living... and both need food, water, and air to live.
