If you like the 1st album by At the Gates, perhaps you'll also like Elapse by the Polish band Violent Dirge. It's more atmospheric and more jazzy and more dark but I recommend it, because I can see some resemblances between the two bands - an unconvenient and artistic attitude to playing death metal. Enjoy!
